WY-FI Project (West Yorkshire - Finding Independence)

West Yorkshire – Finding Independence (WY-FI) is made up of a partnership of seven organisations across West Yorkshire including: Humankind (lead partner), Bridge, Barca-Leeds, Community Links, Foundation, Spectrum CIC, and Touchstone. They firmly believe that by working together the WY-FI Project will strengthen support to those with multiple and complex needs to ensure their effective engagement in services to enable them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

WY-FI supports people who are not engaging effectively  with services and are experiencing entrenched needs in at least three of the following HARM area:

- Homelessness
- Addiction to drugs and/or alcohol
- Reoffending
- Mental ill-health
